Photography
Photographs come from two places. Editorial imagery of Dubai and Abu Dhabi is fromUnsplash, used under the Unsplash License, which permits commercial use and does not require attribution — credited below anyway, because the photographers did the work. Photographs of specific buildings on the branded residence pages come fromWikimedia Commonsunder Creative Commons and public-domain licences, where attributionis a condition of use.

Each is listed with its photographer, its licence and a link to the file page, as those licences require. Licence terms are linked; the site makes no changes to the images beyond resizing and cropping to fit their frames.

What these photographs are not. None of them is a developer's render, a floor plan, or a representation of a unit for sale. The Unsplash images are editorial photography of Dubai and Abu Dhabi and depict no specific development. The Commons images do show real buildings and districts, and are captioned with what they show — where a scheme is not yet built, the photograph is of its location and says so. Where a page discusses a named project, the facts about it are sourced in that page's own reference list.
Market data
Area figures — prices per square foot, rents, gross yields, density and supply — are compiled from named third-party sources and re-verified periodically. The area pack was last reviewed on24 August 2026, and each area on theinvestment map carries its own source list.

How the figures are handled
- Every figure carries a source and a date, or is labelled as an estimate.
- All yields quoted are gross — before service charges, voids, agency and management. Net is always lower.
- Where sources disagree, both are shown rather than averaged into a false precision.
- Negative claims about any developer or area are attributed to the party making them.
- Past performance is described as history, never as a forecast or a promise of return.
