Aman
Aman Dubai Hotel & Residences
Aman sells silence. The Dubai scheme is 82 residences and a 100-suite hotel on nine acres of beachfront, designed by Kerry Hill Architects in the low, horizontal, timber-and-stone language the brand uses everywhere from Tokyo to Utah. It is deliberately the opposite of a Dubai tower: the building steps back from the beach rather than looming over it.
Photographs of the building and the area around it, not the developer’s renders. Each is freely licensed and credited to its photographer above; full list on the credits page. Where a scheme is not yet built, the images are of its location and the captions say so.
Who buys here
People who already own an Aman somewhere else. The brand has an unusually loyal owner base that buys the next one on the strength of the last, largely sight-unseen, and it converts into the Aman Club membership network. Almost never a first UAE purchase.
What sets it apart
- 82 residences total — 78 apartments and 4 villas across two towers of 33 and 29 storeys
- 3.6 hectares of beachfront; a 2,850 sqm Aman Spa
- Kerry Hill Architects, the practice behind most of the Aman canon
- Sits inside H&H’s Dubai Peninsula masterplan, alongside a Rosewood

Sonal Kukreja’s read
The strongest brand covenant in this list and the least Dubai-like product on it. My reservation is not the asset, it is the entry price: at AED 13,500 a foot before handover, a great deal of future performance has already been paid for. Buy it because you want to live in it.
An opinion, not advice, and not a recommendation to buy. BRN 89032, PSI Real Estate L.L.C..
